Antonia Turner rented our penthouse November 6th- 9th 2020. During which time she broke nearly all of our house rules, threw a party, and had a few dozen people coming and going in our home- during a pandemic, against our wishes, requests, rules, and state and local laws.

We have video documentation of the condition of our home prior to her arrival and also at her exit. The Beginning part of the video shows the walk-through prior to the guest, Antonia Turner’s check-in. The Middle part shows the security camera footage in the common area of the building- this part shows many many different people coming and going up and down the stairs LOUDLY at all hours of the day and night while sometimes bringing in party decorations and cases of booze and other times exiting the property with glassware and possessions of the property. The end of the video shows photos of the damages and video of the aftermath when we re-entered the property after Antonia had vacated (mind you 2 hours past her check-out time.) We tried to get the guest out since 10am, and it took us until 12pm to get them out. They left with our keys, but did return them a couple hours later. A claim with airbnb was filed.

So far, the guest, Antonia Turner has declined to pay for the damages and additional cleaning. This matter has been escalated to airbnb for assistance in recuperating costs for damages. Will update accordingly with the decisions of airbnb and if they help us cover the damages or not.
