I have had back to back to back guests from airbnb completely TRASH our homes. Instead of help, I’ve had airbnb customer service representatives mock my issues and offer littler if any assistance. In the last couple months I’ve had pornographic video shoots, parties, twerking and stripper parties, groups of people show up and leave drugs and burns all over our carpets, spill wax on furniture, use our copyrighted images to advertise their parties and x-rated trysts online— the help I’ve received is downright embarrassing and disappointing.
